Three unexpected GTA cities saw unbelievable growth between 2020 and 2021, rising over 40% in value.
Uxbridge experienced the largest growth, with detached home prices there increasing 46.4% to a new high of $1,365,983. It was closely followed by Scugog — directly to the east of Uxbridge — where prices jumped 43.9% to a new high of $986,878.
